Bj`s in Albany

great buffet that accommodates dine-in and take-out. Dine-in patrons pay a set price for all you can eat buffet OR patrons can purchase food from the buffet, paying by the pound. The cornbread dressing and sweet potato casserole were amazing-just like my mother used to make. The fried chicken is always good at BJ's. I will be eating here again soon.

The food was just like home cooking. Good flavor and better than any buffet I've had yet. Way to go BJ's cooks and staff!

Salty food, overpriced, and service was slack ! Carpet needs replacing because you can smell the musty !

Went there today Sunday at 6p was rushed the entire time bc they closed at 7p. Rewind to price I can't believe I was charged adult price for my 10 & 11 year old I have never heard or seen that done before so for a family of 5 ( really 2 adults) we paid $72... Barely got a refill, constantly told by waitress of them bout to close. Never again I could have gotten more time and selection from Golden Corral it was the worse experience ever!! I left one star bc pork chops were good.

The selection was good and the food may have been decent but I wasn't able to get past how dark and dingy the place is. The more i looked around the dirtier things looked. Friendly folks but definitely needs to have a facelift. I hate to give poor reviews, especially to a small business, but I couldn't help it here.

Mrs. Fletcher's place is amazing. Great food and great hospitality. I would recommend to anyone!

you won't be disappointed in the menu and service. definitely worth a return trip. prices are reasonable i would say.

It was very bland food. Dont know about the meat as I am vegetarian. But veggies etc was extremely bland. Not going back there.

The best value in a buffet. Fried chicken is the best. Ample selection of veggies. Catfish, trout and whiting is offered on Fri. Pig feet and fried strick o lean, stuffed crabs and hush puppies are delicious! Don't forget salads and desserts!

Bland food, politician owned, people not washing their hands before they touch buffet serving spoons, how can it get any worse?

Food was ok..some of the items could have been a lot warmer. The building is old and had a kind of musty smell. They had some cake slices out on a table for a dessert choice with no plastic or anything on them.

Ok...l pray for a better selection of places to dine. You run out of options rather quickly in a small town. Bj's is ok if you want to grub. They have a pretty basic, very boring, hot food bar and sometimes re-use leftovers to create and remake other dishes. The same-o, same-o...but they serve lots of patrons and they like it so it can't be all bad. It's different when you're accustomed to variety and choices but when that changes...this is it.

It's basically all the good foods you come home to mama for. There are plenty of dishes to try and plenty of desserts as well. They also have a pretty decent sized salad bar if that's something you wanna try. The costumer service was pretty nice as well! I would recommend it to anyone far from home and in need of a good meal to put them to sleep.

The food here is good but not great. Service was good.will go back if in the area but would not make a special trip.

Albany GA. We wanted vegetables so looked up this place. Sunday after meeting. All the great southern veggies you could want without much grease, pleasant staff, and if your a fried chicken buff------- this is your joint! Apx 7 min from the bypass off of Dawson Rd

Just like eating a meal at home. Everyone is so nice and the food is made the same as you would expect at any farm house. Great down home and not fancy place to eat a filling meal at a good price.

Very friendly atmosphere, very nice staff

I love an all u can eat buffets, but this is one i'll be more than happy to pass up everytime. The place is filthy, the veggies are fresh out of the can complete with the taste of the can, and the meat is old and the flies light down and sit on the food. Its been this way every time i make the mistake of going in this dirty nasty place. The health department should close it down.

This was my first time to BJs and the food was great. The restaurant was nice and the staff was equally nice and accommodating. The variety of food offerings was good.

I'll never return. They charge an additional $5.99 for a 3 year old who eats maybe 5 bites of macaroni and and little ice cream. That's insane!

Fried chicken,dressing, and bar b que had too much salt; pork chop 1/8" thick was good; sweet potato casserole was too sweet as was peach cobbler. Okra/ tomatos were missing onions; collarda had been cooked n reheated too much. Pies, banana pudding, cakes were banal. Never thought I would ever meet an "all you can eat buffet" that I did not like, but it happened. Still waiting on the cashier to say, "thank you."

Wish the food was a lil hotter. The shrimp and mashed potatoes was cold. The fried chicken was good and hot. Everybody was nice service was good.

This is the best food bar in Albany, Georgia. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, as close to grandma's cooking as you can get.

Maybe it's just me but the food taste wasn't to my liking!!!

Staff was very nice, but not a fan of the buffet. There weren't as many options as it had seemed, and all their dessert portions were huge so you can't just taste a little bit of everything. And by the ice cream machine it smelled very disgusting, like excrement. And food didn't taste that great either, so was not a place I would really recommend.

Wow. I am grading on a curve with this place. It's ok not a place I would ever visit again. However, I was told the locals like it so there you go.
